This is a fully managed hosting package. Direct cPanel, hosting-panel, FTP, SFTP, database or server-level access is not included by default. Contact us if you require access. It may be provided on request where technically possible, and additional charges may apply.
Normal website errors, simple display issues, minor content corrections, small text changes, basic image replacement and routine technical fixes are handled by us without additional charges during the active package period.
The ₹4,000/year package is intended for small informational business websites and includes up to 5 standard website pages.
The free first-year domain applies only to a newly registered domain that is available at the time of registration and costs up to ₹1,500. Premium, aftermarket, reserved, previously registered, transferred or high-value domains are not included. If the chosen domain costs more than ₹1,500, the customer must pay the difference.
Hosting is provided as a managed service. Direct cPanel, FTP, SFTP, database, hosting-panel, server or similar technical access is not included by default.
Customers requiring cPanel, FTP, SFTP, database, hosting-panel or server-level access should contact us. Access may be provided where available and appropriate, and additional charges may apply.
Standard website maintenance and normal website error fixes are included during the active package period at no additional charge.
Simple text edits, image replacement, contact-detail updates, small content corrections and basic technical fixes are generally included.
If the website receives an unusually high number of change requests, requires frequent updates, or a requested change involves significant design, development, content entry, troubleshooting or technical work, additional charges may apply.
Large amounts of content changes, frequent change requests, new sections, new pages, major layout changes, website redesigns, new features, custom development, third-party integrations, repeated revisions, large image or content uploads, or changes requiring significant development time may be charged separately.
E-commerce functionality, payment gateways, advanced booking systems, membership systems, custom applications, premium plugins, premium themes, paid third-party services, complex integrations, custom development, major redesigns or extensive content-entry work are not included unless agreed separately.
Website pages beyond the included 5 pages may be charged separately.
Maintenance does not cover issues caused by unauthorized third-party access, customer changes to code or hosting, malware introduced through third-party credentials, expired third-party licenses, unsupported software, external service failures or services outside our control.
Domain, hosting, business email and maintenance renewal pricing after the first year may differ from the introductory package price. Renewal pricing will be communicated before renewal.
